Lesson 1: It All Began with One Bite!
God’s first command in the Bible was all about food. Stepping outside the guidelines of God’s approved diet opened the door to both spiritual and physical death. And it didn’t end there. Today, the kitchen table kills more people each year than you may realize, and not just from high fat or cholesterol. A war is vying for your health that ranges from your dinner plate to the practices of big pharma and global food industries. In this lesson, you will learn why all food is not created equal and what Genesis reveals about diet, and the spiritual and physical war over your health.

Lesson 3: The Spirituality of Diet
Eating and drinking are not just natural exercises. Eating is more spiritual than praying. In the book of Daniel, the very first battle that unfolds has to do with diet. Why did Daniel and the other young captives refuse to eat the food of the Babylonians? Because they understood the spiritual nature of food and the demonic powers that can be attached to what we eat. Lesson 4: Overthrowing the Altar of Food Addiction
Do you live to eat or eat to live? Eating and drinking are a pleasurable part of the way God created you to function. Food is also fuel for your body. But when you elevate the natural element of food to have mastery in your life, you have made your stomach your god. In other words, you have entered a realm of idolatry where food is your go-to for comfort, pleasure, or reaction to depression, stress, or pain. Food addiction can take many forms—from overeating and obesity to undereating and obsession with your body size and weight. It is amazing how radically your diet will change if you can simply find God in what you eat. Lesson 6: We Are in a Health Crisis
When you don’t feel good, it is difficult to live the full life and destiny God designed you to live. You don’t have to stay sick. You can be healthy. Unfortunately, the way the healthcare system is designed, it pays to treat disease, not to cure disease. When it comes to chronic, lifestyle-related disease, most physicians have been trained to treat symptoms.
